Everyone is invited, but all leaders are expected to participate in our quarterly Saturday in the Sanctuary and Inside the Pride on Saturday, January 25, 2020. During this Saturdays in the Sanctuary we're praying for:

Immediately following Saturdays in the Sanctuary at 10:15AM Pastor Jenkins will facilitate her Inside the Pride Leadership Development Seminar on the topic: "A Talented Team". A ‘Talented’ Team:

Great leadership requires a team…otherwise you’re just taking a walk.  Building on the last Inside the Pride where we focused on the important of delegation, we will now turn our attention to discerning how the success of the team depends heavily on having the right people in the right position.  Utilizing the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25, we will explore how a great leader learns the capacity of each team member and gives them opportunities based on such.  Join us as we explore the a ‘Talented’ to increase productive and decrease leadership frustration.
